Breakfast at Kentrikon Boutique Hotel is a ritual, a journey to the past and present of gastronomy. Besides, the delicious smells give us a hint of what is to follow. The hostess offers flavors based on traditional local products in a rich breakfast buffet.Every day there is freshly baked bread, homemade marmalades for all tastes, traditional cheese bread and olive bread, freshly baked biscuits, “mother’s” cake, local “spoon sweets” homemade pizza, fresh fruit and freshly baked baguettes. Furthermore, the “loukoumades” and tiganites” are pleasant surprises which, combined with chocolate or local honey, satisfy the most demanding palate. The traditional pies, every day a different flavor,steal the show. Milk pie, apple pie, pie with herbs, cheese pie, spinach pie and even pumpkin pie are made at the hotel, with products of the land of Pelion.
The project "Greek Breakfast" of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels (H.C.H.) started in 2010 and aims to enrich the breakfast buffet of greek hotels with pure and unique greek products and delights of different parts of Greece.

- Most dishes are complimented with herbs from the hotel garden.
